About our cottage
The bedrooms, the bathroom and the kitchen are accessed by two stone steps. All linen is provided, the property is fully centrally heated and logs are available.
There is also a Hot Tub in the garden for guests to enjoy.
Wifi is also available in the cottage.
Due to its prime location and easy access, the Cottage is the ideal and retreat for exploring all the beauty which North Yorkshire and Teesdale have to offer - walking, cycling, rambling, birdwatching and fishing.
It is also an excellent base for touring further afield into Durham, Northumbria, Cumbria and The Coast.
The cottage is situated midway between the market towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle (approx. 6 miles). The area is renowned for the excellence of its eating houses and country pubs.

How to Find us »Travelling to us by car from the North, East and South, from the A1 head for the A66 road at Scotch Corner. From the West, access via the A66 from the M6 after following the signs to Brough and Kirby Stephen.
